SPEECH<3
so like i am doing my speech on heart attacks, i will be discussing the causes and preventions of heart attack and some main info on the subject. i chose this subject because it is something i have a lot of knowledge on due to it being a main problem in both sides of my family. My grandfather and my uncle both passed away from heart problems. i have done all my research and my intro and conclusion of my speech just need to start on the body paragraphs.

CONfLiCt StyLE...
i believe that the type of conflict styles that i have is Avoidance, Competition, Compromise, & Collaboration.. mostly avoidance and compromise are the styles that i use..i wouldnt like to change any of these styles because i feel they are positive conflict solutions...sometimes i do get angry when i avoid most of my problems because they are things i would like to speak out and then it builds sometimes...but there is nothing else i want to add to this<333...

LiStENiNg tESt!!!
i just took my listening test and i scored an 85!!!(look below)
Snapshot Report
Mental Attentiveness
85
You responses indicate that your mental attentiveness is very good. You rarely have difficulty fully attending to a speaker during conversations, and are quite capable of keeping your mind from wandering. Good listeners will try to find at least one thing remotely interesting about a dull topic instead of zoning out or simply pretending to be interested. They also know how to keep their focus centered on the speaker, no matter how strong the temptation to daydream. In your case, you are doing extremely well in this area, so keep it up!
i copied it from the website. so apparently i am a good listener, which i totally agree with because i do have a lot of friends and family that do come to me with issues or just to talk. i guess i make them feel comfortable and that i respect their privacy and give them my full attention. i like listening to others rather than talk because i really feel for the person and try to put myself in that position to get a better understanding of where they are coming from and by doing so, i know exactly what to say to them in the end to help them out with the issue.
