Interpersonal
So like today we had a quiz on chapter 1&2 on interpersonal and impersonal. I kind of got confused on the quiz and missed 7 questions, but I hope i do better next chapter. Reading chapter 1&2 in the book was really interesting because I saw a lot of me in there. I got to see who I was and how to either gain confidence or tone it down, i liked it a lot. This whole self-assertive thing is making me want to improve myself even better than I am, and it is really working. Let us hope it helps me enough to go up and give my speech infront of the whole class.

you speach on heart attacks was good because it happens many times a day to people all over the world.it is wierd that somthing so quick coulkd take you away so fast. thats why it is very good to work out and eat healthy. many people do what they want and they dont think about the consiquencrs till later
